Our sugars are entirely natural and unrefined, free from additives, preservatives, and from the coloring processes often used by large brands.

We work with small-scale harvesters to ensure our sugar is sourced responsibly and sustainably. This commitment to purity and ethical sourcing preserves the integrity of the sugarcane, delivering a product that is as wholesome as it is flavorful.

About Us

Our journey began with a deep connection to the sugarcane plant. Luis grew up in Latin America surrounded by its rich flavors and traditions. Tim has spent years visiting Martinique, developing a deep appreciation for the island’s artisanal sugar-making heritage.

Through these experiences, we discovered the incredible variety of natural sugars that come from the sugarcane plant—each with their own unique taste, texture, and aroma.

Living in cities like London, New York, and Paris, we realized most sugars available to consumers are highly processed and stripped of the plant’s nutrients, some even artificially colored to give it a brown hue.

Determined to change this, we set out to source the finest natural sugars from artisanal producers in the Indian Ocean, the Caribbean, Latin America, and Africa to create a collection of blended sugars that elevate everyday moments with depth, texture, and aroma.

We are careful to select the finest salts, spices, and teas for our homes - so why should sugar be any different?
